Patience is more about vibration than it is about time.

About Me

Dutch-born. Chilean flair. Wyrd.

The Witch

"What do you want to be when you grow up?"

"A witch!" said the little girl in pigtails confidently, "I want to talk to cats, have a garden, and help my friends."

Sounds silly, but after 30 years of living and learning (and lots of reading), this is what I am: a witch.

Visit my Services page for a variety of events and activities.

The Barber's Apprentice

I am apprenticing as a barber in Heemstede. If you're in the area and need a cut or a shave, I'd be happy if you would come model for me!

Shoot me a message using the contact form at the bottom of the page.

The Coach

I help people standing in their own way step aside.

We are often our own biggest obstacle: our fears and pains and stress hold us back from the life we truly want to live. Questions about me, the coaching process, or whether it's right for you? Get in touch with me using the contact form at the bottom of the page.

The Writer

I love words. I love poetry. I love stories. Stay tuned for updates on any and all writing projects. Currently working on the release of a poetry oracle deck. Check out the link below:

(still in the works)

Oracle Readings

Runes, tarot cards, oracle decks, tea leaves, bones, shells, string, you name it and we can ask it questions.

People tend to write oracle work off as "woo-ey" or separate from them, when in reality it's a fun and interesting tool for self-discovery and growth, as well as healing. We learn to ask questions that lead somewhere, and we learn that an answer isn't the end all to all things. It can teach us to trust; it can teach us to focus, big picture or small detail. Oracles are tools of intuition.

I offer a variety of intuitive readings geared towards helping you (re)connect with yourself and your goals. For more information get in touch with me via de contact form on this site or via my socials.

Rituals

Pregnancy, birth, first menstruation, becoming independent, loss, growth, aging. These are all important milestones in the lives of women* that are often overlooked and ignored. Our hormonal cycle and interior lives are so intertwined that it's a disservice to ourselves and the women around us to not externalize their importance.

A ritual can be any mundane thing done with explicit intent and undivided attention: lighting a candle, planting a seed, washing your hands, giving a gift, brushing your hair, and honestly just about anything else.

Why do we do rituals? So that we can focus on what is happening and can give it space to materialize.

A great way to celebrate or honor the women in your life!

*The rituals I offer are geared explicitly towards girls and women (people who identify as women, including non binary and trans people, with or without a uterus). If you are looking to have, host, or do a ritual for boys or men (non binary, trans, and other included) please don't hesitate to get in touch with me.

The Red Tent

The Red Tent is a specific ritual or space geared towards menstruation. Legend has it that in ye olden days all women menstruated at the same time, under the new moon. They would all retire to the Red Tent to take care of themselves and each other; to rest, to teach, to learn, to share, to support.

The only indication we still have of this today is when women who share (parts of) their lives become synchronized in their cycles.

The Red Tent is a feminist movement that's resurged in the past couple of decades in order to grant women a place of peace and understanding, as well as a supportive network (or tribe). Red Tent events are often held during the time of the new moon and offer talking circles as well as small rituals to help restore connection to the self, the cycle, and the feminine. Whether or not you are menstruating at the time of an event is irrelevant. You are woman*. You are welcome.

Get in touch with me via the contact form on the site or sign up for the news letter for more information.

*anyone who identifies as woman, including non binary and trans people; menopausal women, women without uterus. I work hard to make these spaces safe for everyone to enjoy.

The Barbershop

Men have also been rediscovering the rituals of self care. One way is by visiting the barbershop for a cut, a hot towel, and a clean shave - or beard maintenance. How you look and how you feel are closely intertwined and can influence each other as well as your overall mood and disposition. Wellness and healthcare overlap.

I am currently still apprenticing. If you're interested in sitting for me so I can practice and you get a free haircut/trim, please feel free to contact me.

This particular service is geared towards all men (non binary, trans, and transitioning included). Do you prefer a short 'do as a woman, but are hesitant to visit a male centered space such as a barbershop, then you are most welcome here too! I offer a safe space for you to find the best look to accompany your happiest self.
